That file is included in the .rar file that is part of the download. There is also a readme file included with further instructions.
It may be the case that the drum samples that I used in the Live set can;t be found. I'm not sure how to share samples in a live set. I used standard samples that are included in the Suite edition of Ableton 9. You can easily replace the sounds that are used in the Drum Rack with your own samples.
I didn't test it on any other setup so if you've got more problems setting it up then I'd be happy to help!

However, I can't find the file "astepper16_accaent.amxd" so I haven't played with it yet.
