I've been trying to return a MINIM for about 6 months. My girl friend bought it for me for a birthday present in February of 2016, didn't receive it til summer, and wasn't satisfied with the product. We both reached out for support on the return, but didn't receive any type of response. I own 3 LIVID products and would appreciate some support ASAP.
