Brain Jr Connection Problems

edited July 2013 in Hardware

Hi, I am having problems with my Brain Jr.

I am using jumper wires to connect components to the Brain Jr. However, some of the holes on the brain don't let me attach to them.

It doesn't matter how hard I press, the ports don't allow the jumper cables to slot in. This has happened to a couple of analog inputs and several of the digital inputs.

Does anybody have any idea why this might be? As far as I am aware there is nothing stuck in the holes - is there any way I can fix this problem?

Thanks,

Ged

  • Try using a safety pin or tack to open then whole a bit. The metal inside may be bent in a weird way.
